Refund Policy

The final decision to print your advertisement is taken by the print media in question, we hereby make no assurance whatsoever of your ad getting published, or errors in the ad by the print media personnel, or your ad getting published on the same day requested by you.  We are only an online ads forwarding service that forwards your ads to the publications.

We will charge you our standard cancellation charges for all refunds. But not all cases qualify for refunds. Refund will be given back to you within 15 days in the following cases:

(a)               You placed the ad and the publication refused to print your ad, for any reason whatsoever

(b)               You voluntarily decide to cancel your order before we release the ad to the publication. 

(c)                In case the publisher makes a mistake in printing your ad and acknowledges this was a typo and has a refund policy, then we will refund your payment after charging you our standard cancellation charges.

(d)               However if the publication does not have a refund policy and instead re-prints the same ad after the corrections have been made, then we will not give any refund in such cases, and only request the publication for a reprint of the same corrected ad in the same publication at a later date.

PLEASE NOTE NO REFUND will be provided once the Ad has been released to the publication and they have accepted to place the ad in their publication.

Errors that occur at the publisher’s end of the process are beyond our control. Print media often refuse ads because of its objectionable content or content not meeting the category rules or regulations, in such cases we DO NOT TAKE ANY responsibility for any liabilities whatsoever other than requesting you to amend your ad and or in case of errors requesting the publication to republish the ad on another date.

We will apply 6% cancellation charges for cancellation requests made before we release your order to the publication, or if the newspaper refuses to place your ad due to objectionable content or content unsuitable for the category or any other reason you wish to cancel. NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED IF THE NEWSPAPER HAS ALREADY ACCEPTED THE AD TO BE PUBLISHED. 

You cannot request a CANCELLATION if there was any type of error in the published ad, all we can assure you in such cases is that the publication will re-publish the ad.

Miscellaneous Terms

Please note we do not undertake any commitment as to what type of content or classified matter will be accepted or rejected by the print media. We only act as an Internet Advertising Depot for the print media in India and provide this transactional service on behalf of the Print Media to consumers online.  We do not get any confirmation from the newspapers as to whether your ads have been published, but for a receipt at the time we place your ad.

Every newspaper has its own policies on what is acceptable ad content and what is not. We do not look at your content to determine if it meets all pre-requisites for placement in a particular newspaper. Neither do they inform us whether your ad was actually published in the newspaper on the date you requested.

Please contact us if you find any problems with your ads, or have not received any response to your ad. We will get you a reply from the newspaper in such cases.
