Ads for employment/situation
vacant/recruitment outside India
Depending on your content, due to Government of
India-Labor Ministry policy, the newspapers may need a proof / authorization
letter (on your company letter head) in our name giving us the authority to
place the ad on your behalf. Without this proof many newspapers may not accept
your ad. If you are a placement agency, either Indian or foreign placement, you
have to submit your agency registration number or related document. To avoid delays we request you to email the document proof as an attachment (after scanning).

For
change of name ads
We need as proof a
gazetted copy from the court (any court in India) or an affidavit supporting the
change of name or any other valid proof supporting the change of name. Without
this proof many newspapers may not accept your ad. To avoid delays we request you to email the document proof as an attachment (after scanning).
Example of a change of name ad:
I, M. Parimalla daughter of Madanagopal Orn born on
02-04-55, residing at No. 78, Eden Garden,
Cooks Road, opposite B&C Mills, Perambur, Chennai - 12,

Schedules for a common ad in multiple
publications
If you are placing a classified ad in different publications/editions the schedule for the publications/editions may be different.
For Example:

Friday only. So if you are choose the schedule day for the above combination as
Friday, your ad will be placed in Economic Times on Friday and in Times of India
on Sunday.
Please note that some newspapers charge an extra surcharge for placing ads on
non-schedule days. Also some newspapers do not accept ads on non-schedule days.
